1. Data Collection
TON Pay collects only the minimum data required for operation: your TON wallet address and Telegram user ID for payment notifications. We do not collect personal information beyond what is necessary for payment processing.
2. Data Usage
Your wallet address is used exclusively for displaying your products, tracking orders, and sending payment notifications via Telegram. Your data is never sold or shared with third parties.
3. Data Storage
All data is stored on Cloudflare KV, a globally distributed key-value store. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest.
4. Data Deletion
You can request deletion of your data at any time by disconnecting your wallet in Settings. All associated product and order data will be permanently removed.
5. Blockchain Data
All transactions occur on the TON blockchain, which is public and immutable. Transaction data on-chain cannot be deleted.

1. Service Description
TON Pay is a payment gateway service that enables merchants to accept TON cryptocurrency payments through shareable payment links integrated with Telegram.
2. Fees
A 3% service fee is automatically deducted from each transaction. Fees are non-refundable.
3. Non-Custodial
TON Pay is a non-custodial service. Funds are transferred directly between wallets on the TON blockchain. We do not hold, manage, or control your funds at any time.
4. No Warranty
The service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. TON Pay is not responsible for any losses resulting from the use of the service.
5. Compliance
Users are responsible for complying with all applicable laws and regulations in their jurisdiction regarding cryptocurrency transactions.
6. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
